The samsung slash camera doesn't work? - samsung m310 (slash) driver

I have a bar of Virgin Mobile Samsung (SPH-M310) and press release the button when you have a picture that goes to a loading screen and sits there and eventually return to the main menu. I cried Mrs. V. mobile no idea and told me I should try to program my phone. (ie, adaptation has nothing to do with the camera.) Anyway, what should I do? I can not take pictures!
